My client is a large Insurance firm and they are currently looking to take on an experienced Team Secretary on a temporary basis in their London office. This role is based within walking distance of London Liverpool Street and offers the successful applicant the unique opportunity of working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
To be considered for this role you will need to be computer literate with good MS Word and PowerPoint skills, possess effective diary management skills, be a team player who is able to take minutes at meetings and be very efficient as an audio typist.
Duties for this secretarial position will include:
• Diary Management
• Maintaining accurate expenses records
• Arranging travel and accommodation as required
• Quick and accurate typing of general correspondence
• Book rooms for meetings and occasionally lunch.
This is a varied post which requires someone with strong organisational skills who is able to multi task and work under pressure. You will also need good communication skills and be able to use your initiative working unsupervised as much as possible. A corporate working background is preferred.
Please note that to be considered for the role you must have previous secretarial experience and should be used to providing a high level of secretarial support to a team.
