The CompanyRobert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting on behalf of a Cambridge-based, International organisation. This blue-chip client is experiencing strong growth and seeks to recruit a strong Management Accountant to perform a commercial Financial Planning & Analysis role.The RoleThe primary responsibility of the Financial Planning and Analysis team is to understand the forces driving the performance of the business. This knowledge is used to evaluate historical performance and use this knowledge to forecast future results. The team also prepares the monthly management accounts, forecasts and annual budget for the EMEA and Asia Pac Business units. The FP&A team works closely with non finance departmental heads within the business and communication skills are therefore essential. An analytical mind and commercial knowledge are also vital. The role would suit a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or ACMA, or Finalist, who has strong relevant experience and seeks a stimulating opportunity in a truly global organisation.Salary & Benefits£30,000 to £35,000 plus Company benefits
