| Human Resources Advisor – 2-3 Month Contract London £30,000 - £38,000 My client is a multi national Insurance company. They are currently looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join them in their London office on a 2-3 month contract As Employee Relations Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice and support in respect of E.R issues and to support the Employee Relations Manager with Employment Tribunals, coaching and supporting managers with grievances, disciplinarians and sickness absence management and adding value to the Business in pursuit of the overall strategy and objectives. To be considered for this role you will need to have at least two years exposure to a similar role, ideally be part or fully CIPD qualified and able to start immediately, or within a week. My client is looking for someone professional who has a consultative approach to delivering the best possible Human Resources solutions. This is a superb opportunity for a experienced Human Resources professional with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
