| Our Client is urgently seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to manage a sales division within a busy Publishing/Media Environment. This is maternity cover and will last 6-9 months. You will be required to achieve maximum revenues for targets. Sell specific advertising. You will also be required to recruit, train and develop staff. You will be required to successfully manage a team of Account Sales Exec's and Account Managers. To deputise in the absence of the Classified Sales Manager (CSM). To deputise for other Group Heads in their absence. Ensuring that your team are exceeding their minimum standards of performance by conducting weekly meetings with them. To monitory calls and actively coach Account Sales Executives during the working day. You must have excellent leadership skills, communication skills, training experience, IT Skills and flexible attitude with commercial awareness. The ability to motivate and solve problems.
