Full Description:
A Motor Insurance company in Romford is currently looking for Customer Service Advisors. You will be working in an inbound call centre dealing with policy queries and complaint handling.


The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will involve taking ownership of a client following on from the sale of a motor policy. The day to day responsibilities will include the processing of information verbally with customers, the ability to adhere to set procedures and guidelines and the delivery of a first class service to existing clients.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service skills, be numerate, literate and accurate and be able to communicate at all levels. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service environment.
