A Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent is sought to join this company in Whitstable, Kent.

TITLE: Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent LOCATION: Whitstable, Kent SALARY: £13,000 - £16,000 pa (OTE £30,000) + Car

They are now looking for a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent, confident with significant experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent to work alongside the Directors to expand and build a relatively new office / business in Whitstable, Kent.

The ideal Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent will possess:

• €¢ Proven Estate Agency experience

• €¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• €¢ The ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative

• €¢ A full, clean driving license
