Fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in the up and coming gastro pub of the year.
This 170 Cover gastro restaurant, with no bedrooms, averages 30/40 covers a night in the week and 100 at the weekend offering Gastro style food which is simple & honest to a 2 AA Rosette standard.
All dishes are made in house from locally sourced fresh produce, and the kitchen equipment of a Michelin Star quality.
Our client is looking for a enthusiastic Chef de Partie who has previous experience at a 2 AA rosette level.
If you are passionate hard working and dedicated to achieving the best in your career then this is the opportunity that you have been looking for.
Approx £2K tips a year.
Free live in, and they are currently modernising the staff accommodation.
