Job Description

This multi rosette, bustling restaurant is looking to recruit a talented, passionate and dedicated chef de partie to join their award winning team! Located in South London and priding themselves on offering the highest of standards whilst maintaining a top quality reputation for their inspiring menus and warm welcome. This position offers a fabulous opportunity for professional and passionate chefs to take their career to the next level!

The duties of the Chef de Partie position will include:

-Maintaining the establishments excellent standards * Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade * Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef * Monitoring stock and controlling costs * Working to a high standard at all times * Produce consistent results and demonstrate attention to detail

The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven. Candidates should be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent. Candidates should have good grounding and experience in a similar accredited establishment. Applicants must be willing to learn and develop their skills in a new environment. Chefs must have the confidence and skill to run their own station. You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and take pride in your work.
