A Pastry Chef de Partie required for a restaurant with reputation for excellent food and fantastic service. Food is cooked to order using fresh ingredients, sourced from the very best suppliers offering a range of dining experiences catering for every taste. This stylish restaurant is located in the Essex countryside.
Your Responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and taking charge in the Senior Sous Chefs absence. Menu planning and costing, wage control and staff training are just some of the responsibilities of this demanding role.
