Senior Fund Accountant Real Estate - £48k London
Our client is a specialist international organisation with core expertise in Real Estate Fund Management. They provide complete Back Office services to enable the operation of Real Estate fund structures across a range of jurisdictions.
Back Office services include establishing funds and their corporate structure, investor communications, trustee and registrar services, accounting and book keeping.
As a Senior Accountant your duties will include:
- Completing complex first year accounts with minimal supervision.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- Management of client relationships, working with administration counterparts.
- Liaising with auditors.
In return you will be offered a generous remuneration package of circa £48,000 plus benefits.
