An opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to join their team. This is the ideal role for an experienced manager, assistant manager or floor manager of a retail store, concession or department, looking to progress their career. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shop and maintaining high levels of customer service. As well as motivating and coaching your team, you will also ensure all KPIs are met, assist with budget and cost control, reduce stock loss, and support higher management. To be considered for the role of Store Manager, you will need: * Previous management experience such as store manager, assistant manager or floor manager * Extensive customer service experience * Experience of working to KPIs Additionally, you must have strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills are also a must. The ideal candidate will have management experience gained within in a shoe retailing environment.
