Senior Nursery Nurse

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nursery Nurse within this North London Nursery.

This Senior Nursery Nurse position will allow you the opportunity to work as part of the Management Team of a Nursery providing high quality care and education to children under 5. You will be influential in the overall running and development of the Nursery, providing a point of contact for all parents and staff.

This position will suit an experienced Nursery Nurse who has a good understanding of how to communicate with a wide range of parents, can manage and motivate a staff team and who has a good understanding of the development of the Under 5\\'s.

Some of your responsibilities as a Senior Nursery Nurse will include:

To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment To lead your team in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team reflective of the EYFS To work in partnership with the parents To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery To lead the team in your room, providing day to day guidance for your staff where needed You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Have experience of working with children This position is with a reputable Nursery that will offer you real career development with additional training, as well as the opportunities that working with a good organisation brings.
