Job Description
Global firm are seeking a proven HR Business Partner for their central corporate HR function. This involves a high degree of strategy input and change management, both culturally and operationally.
If you are a HR BP professional experience in the following I would be pleased to talk to you further about this opportunity:-
* Experience of managing transformation and change initiatives
* Management Development and succession
* Performance Management strategy
* Reward Strategy
* Experience in a central corporate HR function
* Strategy forming and leading experience
* Able to liaise effectively with functional departmental heads as well as Global HR Specialists
* Experience of a complex global Matrix context would be an advantage
