Job Description
Our Client is expanding and looking for an experienced Claims Handler to deal with the day to day handling of a variety of claims, negotiating with insurers, and providing excellent support & advice to Clients.
Within a professional and friendly team you will establish and develop strong positive relationships with allocated commercial Clients.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have:-
- 2 years Insurance Claims experience – either Motor, Property, Household
- Positive & proactive attitude to customer service.
- Ability to manage your time and complete multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, both internally and (above all) in client–facing situations.
- Self motivated and be a good team player.
