Job Description
Great opportunity to manage and develop Corporate Action processing methods and controls within this Japanese Investment Bank. You will work closely with existing Corporate Actions staff to undertake and develop the Corporate Actions function and Associated tasks.
Ideal candidate must have a broad and thorough understanding of markets/Corporate Actions (all types). Tax related knowledge. Current or recent practical as well as direct supervisory corporate actions involvement. You MUST have brokerage experience.
Euroclear/Crest Corporate Actions knowledge
