Our client who is a very well established specialist joinery and interior fit out contractor are recruiting an Estimator for their joinery division to be based at their head office in Southend.
The company have developed an excellent reputation and specialise in high quality work on behalf of leading main contractors and high profile clients.
Examples of recent projects include Westfield Shopping Centre, prestigious listed buildings, commercial fit outs and luxury residential work.
The company are looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced Joinery Estimator with proven experience in this sector.
The role of the Joinery Estimator will be to oversee tendering activities on multiple projects valued up to £2m.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
Proven estimating experience in the specialist joinery industry.
Strong communication and client facing skills.
The ability to build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Comfortable working on detailed tenders up to £2m in value.
The company are offering an excellent salary up to £50k depending on experience plus car allowance, bonus, pension and private healthcare.
