Fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys combining customer services with wide ranging administrative duties. Busy and challenging role with lots of variety and responsibility. This is initially a 6 months contract.
The role: Working in a friendly team, this role is 50% customer services and 50% administration. Duties will include dealing with all incoming calls, dealing with customer queries quickly and efficiently, placing orders, maintaining and updating company database, general administrative and secretarial support to the Customer Services Manager who is based in the Bedfordshire office.
Who we are looking for: A candidate with a proven background in both customer services and administration. You will have sound knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent organisational and communication skills.
Our client: An international manufacturing organisation. This position in based in the Wakefield site which is easily accessible and offers free parking.
