Title: Customer Service Associate Salary: £14,000-£14,500 (6 month fixed term contract)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for talented and motivated customer service professionals working for a company dedicated to delivering excellent service as a result of the exceptional people they employ.
The Role:
A permanent full time role, working 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis within a team delivering excellent customer service. You will be working in an outsourced capacity for a leading client dealing with incoming enquires.
Who we're looking for:
Candidates who enjoy helping others, who feel comfortable talking to just about anyone - clients, their customers and colleagues. Those who are self-motivation, with bags of enthusiasm and enjoy working with a team of like-minded people. Candidates who are focused on providing valued customer service. Proven customer advisory experience with a true passion to offer customers a exceptional and reliable contact centre to support their products.
Evenings and weekends will be involved on a shift basis.
