    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Administration Team Leader based within an Outsourcing organisation in the Warley area.

    The Role:
    The main purpose of this Team Leader role will be to lead a group of subject matter experts and specialists and to meet the high-pressure demands of the function. The department handles enquiries and concerns from the clients customers, dealerships and third parties relating to communications with Senior Executives, Legal cases, Escalated Cases and Specific processes relating to high expenditure or sensitive concerns. You will be responsible for the daily operation and productivity of assigned projects, review and provide explanation pf daily performance from daily statistics including headcount reporting and ensure that all advisors know, understand and adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures. You will ensure that weekly and monthly team meetings are held with advisors to review department success and/or opportunities and promote positive relations with client and other personnel without releasing confidential information through improper means. You will also be required to ensure that case management tasks are carried out, including the logging of legal cases.

    Who We're Looking For:
    The ideal candidate will have a strong level of automotive knowledge and experience, understanding of the legal framework for the Sale of Goods act and have robust leadership qualities and confident communication skills at all levels of management. You will have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, be computer literate and be a well-motivated and key team player. You must have the ability to perform well in potentially stressful situations; a background within a legal environment would be beneficial.
