The Role:
The role of Team Leader requires the successful candidate to provide leadership to the executive office, whilst coaching advisors to improve customer service skills. You will be responsible for conducting regular call monitoring of team members, and conducting regular quality analysis of calls. You will be required to mentor team members to ensure efficiency and depth of knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance evaluations, corrective actions and personal issues of team members. Furthermore, it will be your duty to implement incentives and initiatives to boost team members morale, and to ensure daily and monthly team meetings are held.

The successful applicant will have exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate previous experience of Team Leadership duties. You will be required to communicate effectively and professionally to people at all levels, including senior management. You must be able to provide constructive feedback and coaching to other team members. You will be required to work on your own initiative, whilst under pressure.
