A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Services Manager to work within a growing charity in the East London area.
The Role:
The main purpose of this Support Services Manager role will be to ensure an effective and cohesive administration service for the various departments of the charity. You will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day office systems, equipment and compliance with relevant legislation. You will be required to ensure that the admin department is efficiently and effectively turning around admin requests within the agreed time, that staff are aware of the resources (such as hardware, desk space, storage space) that are available to them and are used effectively and that all back office services and contractors are functioning and operating efficiently and effectively.
Who We're Looking For:
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role ideally within the not for profit sector. You must be able to manage a busy office, be able to multi-task, delegate and prioritise, and effectively communicate with staff. You should be a team player who enjoys a flexible, varying role with opportunities to be involved in many aspects of the company. You will support both back office and front line staff, ensuring that all clients of the company, including staff, receive excellent customer services.
