Management Information Administrator
Basildon, Essex
£18,000
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and MS Excel skills to join a large Basildon based company. This is a permanent full time position which offers a good starting salary of £18,000, free parking and other good benefits.
The successful applicant will be part of the company’s Technical Team and will be responsible for leading the collation, interpretation and presentation of Management Information within the team, to support the monitoring of technical and process enhancements within the area and to maintain the department’s internal website.
You will need to have good keyboard and computer skills including strong MS Excel skills, good verbal reasoning and numeric skills, be able to analyse and present statistics.
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of Management Information
• Documenting procedures for all ongoing reporting requirements
• Controlling the recording, monitoring and maintenance of all project plans and change requests within the department
• Controlling the content and design of the departments page on the company’s internal web style knowledge base
• Attending internal meetings when relevant to projects and initiatives within the department
Whilst not essential, applications are preferred from individuals with basic HTML, VBA and SQL experience. If not you must have Excel to Macro level and proven MI experience.
