Have you worked for Royal Mail?
Have you managed a small mail team of processors?
Do you live near to Springfield Industrial Estate in Chelmsford?
If so, my client, a large financial services company based in Chelmsford are looking to recruit a team leader for their post room / mail room. Ideally you will have previous experience of leading / supervising / managing a team.
This is a very hands on role involving the opening, scanning and distributing of post as well as the responsibility for the supervision of the team. This will include training, technical support, co-ordinating timesheets, overtime and holiday, dealing with issues and reviewing processes.
The hours for this position are fixed and will involve a start time of around 5:30am each morning. As a result, it may be beneficial if you drive.
