I am looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join a large corporate company based in Chelmsford This is a permanent full time position reporting directly to the Company’s Building Services Officer.
As Facilities Co-ordinator your role will be split between hands on tasks and organising sub contractors who are working at the office. You need to be flexible and very well organised with excellent personal skills and a clean driving licence. You should also be able to work unsupervised and will ideally have previous facilities experience.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
Day to day management of reception and the help desk.
Small maintenance tasks within the office
Assisting with internal departmental moves
Overseeing work carried out by sub contractors within the office
Carrying out regular building audits to identify areas within the office which require maintenance
Ensuring that the office remains tidy at all times
Transporting goods between sites as required
This is a busy role which requires someone who is able to work on multiple tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed within designated time frames.
