Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their newly established and highly successful company.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all customer service enquiries. All enquiries will come through via email, and will include queries about their products, returns and questions regarding delivery of items ordered. You will be responsible for answering these emails in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Therefore, you will be required to demonstrate good computer literacy, and have excellent communication skills, especially written.
Due to the recent start up of the organisation, you may be temporarily required to muck in with other duties such as the packing and dispatching of products.
Hours of work will be 0800 - 1630, Monday to Friday.
