The Operation:
Cambridge Golf Club, servicing the requirements of members and golfers, conference and banqueting for up to 120 covers.
The Role:
To manage the kitchen, small brigade, breakfast, lunch and afternoon service. Banqueting and Club Functions for up to 120 covers. Head Chef must be prepared to liaise with potential clients to discuss functions and menus.
Successful Candidates:
Must have a good knowledge of running a professional kitchen, the ability to sell functions, working knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene procedures.
Start Date; 27th October 2008
Salary: £25,000 to be reviewed - bonus GP related
