Fantastic county house hotel situated on the outskirts of Cambridge, popular Wedding and Conference Venue, Rosette Restaurant.
The Role:
To manage the day to day F&B operation, organise, train and motivate front of house team, stock control, ordering and accountability, organise C&B set ups and running of functions. Financial control of department.
Successful Candidates:
Must have experience within Restaurant or F&B Department to at least supervisory level. A good working knowledge of banqueting for up to 300 covers.
