The Role;
Working with a highly acclaimed, enthusiastic Head Chef. Assisting the Head Chef with the day to day running of this busy Boutique Hotel with fine dining restaurant, busy wedding, conference and function venue. To run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Successful Candidates:
Will come from a Rosette/Michelin Star background. Must be dedicated to high standards, professional attitude, ability to motivate a team working long hours.
