Our Client, a new young person's care home which is newly established, is currently looking to recruit Waking Night Staff for their care home in Essex.
Typical Duties;
# Directly working with the residents
# Contact and dialogue with Social Services ersonnel and outside agencies
# Taking responsibility for the welfare of the home with regrad to health and safety and primary care issues
# Admin work and record keeping
# Provide a safe and supportive environment within the home for the young people
# Contribute to the development of young people through stiulating activities and group holidays
# Communicating and listening to young people
# Be alert to signs of distress or abuse
# To liaise with social workers and parents in order to achieve a successful outcome.
The ideal candidate will have had two years experience working within a young persons care home.
They should also be willing to work night shifts.
