    My client who is based in Harlow is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for a Maternity Contract starting at the end of September.
    The role will involve:-

    The inputting of sales orders onto the IFS System, raising internal Works Instructions, Delivery Notes, Invoicing and other system related procedures.

    Liase with and support the Account Management Team, and work with Production and other Departments to ensure that orders are effectively planned and organised to achieve required delivery dates / times. To monitor order progress, checking to ensure delivery dates will be met.

    Direct contact with Clients, in resolving order queries, confirming lead-times and order status.

    To co-ordinate rollouts, and other project requirements. This involves a ‘hands-on’ attitude in working with the Client, Account Manager, Production and other internal departments and external suppliers as may be necessary, for the successful completion of the rollout.

    Stock control management of the product lines specific to the accounts being administered, to ensure that stock outages and overstocks are avoided.

    Placing external purchase orders and liasing with external Fitting companies and sub-contractors.

    Taking instruction and direction from the Account Management team, and the carrying-out of such administrative and support functions as required.(Letters, brochures, mail-shots, etc.)

    Ensuring at all times that the Account Managers are kept informed of order status, by quantitative and qualitative feedback.

    For this role you will need to have had experience in a similar role and be highly competent with Word and Excel.
