Our client is currently looking for a Technical Support Manager to ensure aircraft and instrumentation is fully functional with a systematic quality assurance process in place for maintenance and support. Responsible for technical support staff
Main Duties:
Ensure instrumentation packages on all aircraft are operating within specifications and have a rigorous maintenance and qc program in place. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and sub contractors on technical issues regarding the performance of the aircraft and instrumentation packages. Ensure survey mobilisations; including the calibration and testing procedures, run smoothly and according to a documented plan. Implement and review qc procedures in a structured manner so best practices are shared between all crews. Liaise closely with the engineering team to ensure the roll out of instruments is done in an operationally efficient manner. Review crew productivity and data quality issues with the intent for improving operational efficiency.
