You might already have great sales experience, or you’ve got the raw talent that we can develop with our exceptional training. You’ll generate around 50% of your own leads, matching the needs of individuals and following great processes. All we want is talented individuals with great personality and desire to hit targets!
c£14,000 basic per annum, achievable bonuses with unlimited commission paid monthly and extra quarterly Superbonuses for our consistent performers.

Benefits are none contractual and may vary according to status and length of service
· Holidays – 28 days from January to December including a bank holiday allowance. No holidays are usually taken in January/February.

Qualifications & Experience
Ideally:
· Results orientated
· Works well under pressure with deadlines and targets
· General awareness of sales processes
· Ability to build rapport quickly with a variety of individuals
· Stays focused and works well on your own
· Computer literate, basic word and excel
· Customer facing experience
· Telephone skills – out and in-bound
· Good written and verbal English
· Sincere in communication
· Will focus on the prospective member to find ways to meet their needs and expectations.
